Health Science Center closed for Labor Day
The UNT Health Science Center will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, Sept. 6. Administrative offices will re-open at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7.
ZS Pharma receives $2M in Emerging Technology Fund
TECH Fort Worth Client, ZS Pharma, Inc., has received $2 million in an Emerging Technology Fund (ETF) investment from the State of Texas. This investment will provide ZS Pharma the funds to develop oral sorbents designed to eliminate life threatening toxins that build up in patients with either liver or kidney disease.
UNTHSC partnership brings wellness products to working adults
The National Institutes of Health has awarded grants totaling $400,000 to TECH Fort Worth client Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems (OWLS).
