Helpdesk and Client Services
The Helpdesk and Client Services, located in Library 202, is the first point of contact for all of your technology requests and support needs.
Helpdesk and Client Services provide support to all UNTHSC students, faculty, and staff. Each end-user support and/or request engagement will generate a ServiceNow ticket in order to track progress, receive updates and communications as well as identify gaps or trends of service to improve.
