Mission

The mission of the Room Scheduling Office is to provide current scheduling information to ensure the integrity and accuracy of classes and meetings scheduled at UNTHSC.

Room Scheduling Priority

The Room Scheduling Office assigns space in the priority order listed below:

1. Classroom Requests

2. Administrative/Academic meetings

3. Official Health Science Center functions

4. Official Health Science Center groups and individuals

5. Requests by non-health science center groups

Spring 2025	Academic – Contact Room Scheduling All Others – December 9th at 10 AM
Summer 2024	Academic – Contact Room Scheduling All Others – May 12th at 10 AM
Fall 2024	Currently Open
