Persaud Receives Top Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Student Award at UNT Health Science Center

Shalini Persaud was named the top student in the biochemistry and molecular biology department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.

Persaud is a native of Keller.

Persaud holds a master of science degree from the health science center, where she is currently a doctor of philosophy student.

Persaud received the award at the Graduate Student Associationâ??s annual awards banquet on May 12.
