Facilities Management is the University of North Texas Health Science Center’s resource for maintenance, operations, custodial services, remodeling, renovation and new construction. FMS is comprised of construction management & design services, custodial management, facilities management, utility & energy management and office of sustainability. 

• Facilities Management including Parking, Central Receiving, and Environmental Health & Safety have moved into the newly renovated FMS Building located at 901 Clifton.  Come to our Open House on Thursday, October 31^st between 1-4pm.  This come and go event will include light refreshments.
